The ACC Presents a cheque of Le 7.5 Billion to the President.

The ACC Commissioner even before a year in office had already recovered huge sums of money from various corrupt persons and channels. In this video clip a cheque of Le 7.5 billion of such monies is returned back to the peoples coffer. The video shows the presentation of the aforementioned cheque to the president.
