The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) wishes to inform all Public Officers that are yet to Declare their Assets, Income and Liabilities for the 2022 Declaration Year, that a One Week Extension has been given and the Online Portal reopened starting today 19th October, 2023, to Midnight Thursday 26th October, 2023. 

The Commission urges all defaulters to use this opportunity to ensure they comply and make their declaration as it is mandatory by the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Act of 2008 as amended, as failure to do so will attract punitive sanctions. 

Defaulters are also reminded that by this and previous notices, the Commission is set to invoke Administrative Sanctions against Public Officers that will fail to meet this deadline, including withholding Salaries.
