In that operation, no US Embassy personnel w ere targeted or arrested by the ACC . Also, th e arrests took place outside the premises of the US Embassy immediately , and not within the premises . T he Commission fully appreciates the cooperation of the US Embassy in the on - go ing investigations and looks forward to the combined efforts of all concerned in restoring full confidence and order in the issuance of service and diplomatic passports in Sierra Leone . ....................................
