2. 2       Highlights   The  month  of  February  saw  87%  of  favourable  publications,  while  the  percentage  of  unfavourable  publications  was  3%. The  Mayor  of  Fre etown,  Bode  Gibson  engaged  s chool  authorities  in  his  municipality  on  several  repor ts  of  corruption  in  schools.
